Squash provides an excellent cardiovascular workout. The sport also provides a good upper and lower body workout by utilizing both the legs to run around the court and the arms and torso to swing the racquet.
The Club has world class, air conditioned glass back squash courts with a wooden floors, sound proof glasses and viewing gallery, all refurbished and upgraded. Trained and experienced coaching facilities are available throughout the year.
